      My Platform Space Used File Size is Incorrect

      The Platform Space calculations are based on a recache cycle.  The cycle is set on the Admin screen under the Platform Space tab.

      **Adjusting the slider will adjust the cycle however it will not adjust the current cycle.  If cycle is set to a much higher time, it will need to complete first and then will move forward with the newly adjusted time.

       

      To help recalculate Platform Space size, you may try to

      1. Reset the Permissions

      3. Reset the Cache of the UI
