My Platform Space/Storage Group size does not appear correctly.

1. Use the Reset Cache button in the UI.  Please see article here.

If you are in the scenario of running out of space but the Platform UI does not add up to what is assumed the correct amount, you will need to log into the server's Windows UI and look at the storage group.  We find that there may be Platform Spaces that were removed from the UI and still living on the Storage Group.  If you do not need that data, you may delete.  If you need the Platform Space back in the UI please see the Article below.
