      What Ports are required for the Platform software to function on my network?

      The following information outlines the critical Platform services and their associated ports. Your IT teams may require this information for security purposes. Promax does not configure client routers.

      ProMAX Platform Listener Port:  7896

      ProMAX Platform Task Service:  7893

      ProMAX Platform GPU Service: 7898

      ProMAX Platform Update Service: 7892

      ProMAX Platform Streaming Service: 7894

      ProMAX Platform File Watcher Service: 7895

      SMB Authentication: 445

      ProMax Web Services: 80, 443 (http, https)

      Remote Sync: 21027 & 22000
      Both UDP and TCP

      Teamviewer: 5938
