Transcoding Can't Be Enabled on a Space

Transcode button won't select when you go to enable it on a Platform Space.

When transcoding can't be enabled on a Platform Space, it is usually one of these two reasons:

• You are on a space that has been set to index (A single space can be either "Include in Search" or "Transcode Platform Space" not both)
• You have not purchased the transcode option

If neither of these apply, please contact support.
