      How do I log into the Areca RAID Controller? (ArcSAP)

       

      Using the RAID Controller Interface

      This method requires direct access to the Platform server desktop, via either Remote desktop or local login.

      1. Login to Server

      2. Open ArcSAP

      3. Select RAID Controller and Click "Advanced Features"

      4. Login

      Username: admin

      Password: 0000

       

      Before moving forward if you do not have ArcSAP installed, please download here.

       

      Open the "ArcSAP" program via the Start menu in the bottom left corner of the desktop.

      Expand the menu on the left until you can select "ARC-1883ix" as shown in the image below.  Your RAID Controller model may differ.  To identify your RAID controller please go here.arcsap_select

      3. Click the "Advanced Features" option in the bottom center of the ArcSAP window.

      4.  You will be asked for a login and password. Enter the following – Login: admin / PW: 0000 (four zeros)
