      I'm trying to use LTO tape but it states invalid Scratch Directory. What do I do?

      1. Log into Platform as an admin user.

      2. Go to the Settings Screen and then the Tape tab.

      3. Click the Scratch Directory dropdown menu

      4. Select the storage group
