I'm locked out of my account. What do I do?
The Promax System does not lock accounts.
If the server is a standalone server and has a normal admin account, the admin must log in and change the individual account's information if the user has forgotten their password to be able to log in again.
If the server is joined to a company domain (eg. the login password is the same as the workstation login), you must contact your IT System Administrator to unlock your account. There may have been too many attempts of login that would cause a lock out on the domain (not the Promax).
