      How to Create a USB recovery disk.

      Requirements 

      • USB must be minimum 32gb flash based and NOT a USB external hard drive or SSD.
      • USB must be formatted in NTFS

      1. Request Image from Promax Support and supply the technician the Windows License Key located on the back of the server.  It is important to include the version of Windows Server that is noted with the key.  

      2. The technician will prepare the image and respond back with a link to download.  Each image is specific with each unit and key.

      3. Once the image is downloaded, extract the image and place files on the root of the USB flash drive.
