I'm getting the "Black Screen" issue using Teamviewer Remote Support software.

A ProMAX Support Tech has told me that I'm getting the "Black Screen" issue on Teamviewer, what does that mean and what should I do?

The "Black Screen" occurs when the receiver of the teamviewer stream loses their video feed and can't see anything on the source screen they're trying to view.
