My Syncs are not connecting and I cannot make changes on my router. What do I do?
1. Log directly into all devices running sync. This has to be done on the unit or remotely on the unit. Workstation UI login will not suffice.
2. Open the Sync software.

3. Go to Actions -->Settings
4. Go to Connections and then Checkmark the Enable Relays option
This option lets you connect through different connecting points if you are not able to open ports for a direct line of communication
