My Sync states I have duplicates. What do I do?

The duplicate file indicates that there was a sync conflict with that file. Essentially, two people tried to work on that file at the same time and inadvertently “split” the file. If one had been saved over the other, it’s possible that one of you may have had data overwritten. To prevent this, in the case of a collision like this, a sync conflict file is generated as you see below. If this happens, we recommend you look at both version of the file and decide which one you wish to keep, and delete one (if you wish to keep the one with the modified file name, you should rename it to the original name). You can also keep both, but again we recommend renaming the sync conflict file to a more representative filename.
