My Mediahub Remote Sync appears to be stopped. What do I do?
1. Check on the Media's storage by logging into the Windows side and checking File Explorer to see if the storage is full or not. If it is full, space is needed to have more files sync to the Mediahub so cleanup would be required.
2. If there is space, you may need to restart the sync service. If the Promax Remote Sync Software is not running, the sync will not run and this software needs to be open.
Program located: "C:\Program Files (x86)\ProMAX\ProMAX Remote Server Sync\ProMaxRemoteServerSync.exe"
3. If the software is running, you may need to restart the service on both Mediahub and Server/Other Mediahub.
