      How to I take a RAID offline or put it online?

      How to take a RAID offline or restore an offline RAID to online status using the ARECA software.

      You can take a RAID offline using the ArcSAP software.

      1. Open ArcSAP.

      2. Expand the LocalHost group and select the RAID in the left Tree dialog. Then click on Advanced Features. Screen Shot 2023-06-27 at 2.21.30 PM

      3. This will open a web browser with a login screen. The username is admin, and the password is 0000.

      4. On the left side expand RAID Set Functions and click Offline RAID Set.

      5. You will need to check the box next to 'Confirm The Operation, VolumeSet In This RaidSet Will Also Be Offlined'.

      6. The RAID set will now be taken offline and no longer available to the system.

      7. To bring the RAID set back online, just reboot the system. The RAID set will be brought back online automatically if it is still connected.
