How do I uninstall Avid Collaboration

If you no longer need to use Avid Collaboration on a workstation, you can remove it with this procedure.

Removing Avid Collaboration from Mac OS systems:

1. Shut down the Listener. You can right click the Listener icon on the top menu bar or in the Dock and select quit.

2. Open Finder -> Applications and right click on BinLock and select Move to Trash.

3. You can now relaunch the Platform Listener.

Removing Avid Collaboration from Windows based systems:

1. Shut down the Listener. Right click the Listener icon in the notification area on the taskbar and select quit.

2. Open Settings -> Apps and select ProMax Avid Collaboration. Click Uninstall and follow the on-screen prompts.

3. You can now relaunch the Platform Listener.
