I cannot log into Platform as it is stuck on the loading screen (PC).
1. Open a File Explorer window.
2. Click View and check mark the "Hidden Item' box.
3. Navigate to C:\Users\(user)\AppData\Local\ProMAX\ProMAX Platform Client Listener
4. Delete config file
5. Refresh web browser/Reinstall Listener
