1. Open Apple App Store 2. Download Microsoft Remote Desktop 10 (requires apple account) 3. Add Desktop 4. Fill in the following PC Name: mediahub.local User: mediahub\admin Password: Promax123 5. Click Add 6. Double Click the added Desktop to login
Remote access via Mac workstation
1. If remote from an Apple workstation, you must have an Apple ID and download and install 'Microsoft Remote Desktop 10'.
2. Once installed, launch and add Desktop. Use the IP that is normally used to connect to the server. If you do not know which IP to connect to, you may use Platform1.local.
*Mediahubs will be Mediahub.local
**Domain joined systems will have a different name and you may need to reach out to your system administrator for this information.
3. Add New User Account
If the non-domain joined system admin account and password has not been altered use credentials below:
Username: platform\admin
*Mediahubs Username: mediahub\admin
Password: Promax123
**Domain joined systems will use the admin configured account. Please see your system administrators for credentials.
4. Once the server is added, you will double-click to connect and continue.
Remote access via PC workstation
1. Search for "Remote Desktop Connection"
2. Once launched, u se the IP that is normally used to connect to the server. If you do not know which IP to connect to, you may use Platform1.local.
